I think I may have fractured my foot a year and a half ago. Since then, I have had a lump on the top and on the bottom of my foot and have numbness and tingling up the back of my leg. It seems to be getting worse. I never went to the doctor for this injury, as i was able to walk after the injury, but it was painful. It was very swollen and bruised for a couple weeks. It swells when i am on it for long periods of time. It would be the metatarsal on the outside of my left foot.
