Can A Gallbladder Disorder Cause Abdominal Bloating And Pain Along With Black Stool?

two nights ago I had some sort of attack, it lasted all night my stomach was bloated and very painful. I burped for an hour and half, but it finally stopped. now my stomach is sore when I press on it, and I am passing very hard black stools . could my gallbladder cause this?

Hello,

It is not gall bladder issue. It seems to be due to gastritis condition.

You can be prescribed antacid like rabeprazole.

If malena persists than antibiotic course prescribed.

I suggest you to avoid gastric irritants for few days like excess spicy foods, excess tea, coffee etc.
