Can A Lemon Be Used To Detect Pregnancy?

Is it true that I can use a lemon to tell if I'm pregnant or not? I can't get my hands on a pregnancy test right now and I just wanted to know if it would work. Something about if the pregnancy hormone is there it won't burn and if the hormone isn't there I'll feel a slight burning sensation..

pregnancy test at home
blood Bhcg
and later TVS
