Nope doesnt cause AIDS/HIV unless the opponent is HIV positive and also you should have mucosal damage to get infected.Also it depends on viral load,type of HIV virus meny other factors.Go to ICTC center in India,and the test is free&confidential in govt.Hospital.Regards.
