can a low carb diet cause chest pain, or is it possible that doing a low carb diet causes me to loose potassium and then a mild to moderate discomfort in the chest. i do notice than when i go off the low carb diet for a few days i do not have any chest pain?
A low carb diet usually do not cause chest pain. It's may be due to some change in diet which might lead to acidity problem and reflux leading to mild chest pain. Otherwise such low carb diet is not associated with chest pain. Try some antacid like pantoprazole.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
