Can A Lump In Cheek After Taking An Injection Be Due To An Infection?

Hey guys, I took a injection into my right cheek week ago and couple days ago I noticed a large lump inside my cheek. It's a little red and warm to the touch. I tired rubbing it and it seems to go down abit but was wondering if you think I have got a infection in that area?

HI.
This is obviously due to hematoma or infection leading to an abscess.
You have to consult a Doctor for prescription based antibiotics and clinical examination.
If the swelling is not settling with medical management , you need to undergo a small surgery to evacuate the pus.
