Can A Mole Regrow After Its Removal?

Hi, I had a mole removed from my back and biopsied about 3 months ago and have had a pink spot (has similar characteristics as a pink mole) develop on it in the last 3 days. My husband extracted a pimple in the same area as the spot has grown around a week ago, but says the spot is bigger today than it was when he first noticed it 3 days ago. It does not have a scab on top of it as you would expect if it were trauma from the pimple, and when I touch the scar I can t feel a difference between the rest of the scar and the spot. My scar has been incredibly itchy since the removal of the mole, and the results of the biopsy were borderline melanoma, but with clear margins. My question is, is it possible for the spot to be my mole regrowing, and if so, is it more likely to be melanoma given the biopsy results? I do have a Dr appt in a few days, but would really like an opinion sooner. I have a photo of the spot if I can somehow show you.

Hi thanks for using HCM
Mole should be excised totally alongwith normal tissue, if it is MALIGNANCY
Otherwise and just observe the mole.
If any itching, bleeding and pain consult your speciality doctor. Thank you.
