Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

* Aortic aneurysm has been associated with variety of symptoms depending upon its location and severity as
- cough
- breathlessness
- chest pain
- short breath
- hoarseness of voice
- others

* As per the narration and history, this sounds to be muscle cramp only rather than an Aortic aneurysm.

Hope I have answered your query.
