Can A Painful Lump Caused By Surgery Be Treated?

hello i had key hole surgery about a month ago, but i have noticed on the right hand side under the scar there is a lump, which is getting bigger and more painful, you cant notice it as much when your lying down but when your standing up its more noticeable and more painful specially as you walk, it has got bigger these last few weeks. just wondering what i should do?

That lump could be a hernia from the incision site.

And if its causing pain them its contents could be getting obstructed.

You need to show it to your surgeon for a clinical evaluation and further management.
