Can A Person Identify Themselves If My Lens Is Implanted Or Real?

I am applying for a job that requires a medical exam and they will look at both eyes. It states on a medical history questionnaire form that having a history of cateracts or lens implant may be disqualifying. I had cateract surgery 2 years ago with no complications and do not want them to find out I had this procedure done as it could jeopardise my prospects.

If they have someone examine my eyes, can they tell if my lens is real or implanted

Hello
The presence of intraocular lens following a cataract surgery can be easily identified as this appears as jet black color with shining reflexes with presence of artificial intraocular lens.
Hence you cannot hide this fact that you have already undergone cataract surgery.

Thank you
