OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Decreased flow in the menstrual period can be due to:
1. Endometrial tuberculosis
2. Adhesions in the uterine lining.
3. Hormonal disturbances like hypothyroidism
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated including hormonal profile, ultrasound and hysteroscopy, if needed, and get appropriate treatment.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
