Can A Pregnancy Test Be Negative But I Still Miss My Period?

I haven t had a period since January. I took 6 pregnancy tests between February and march and they were all negative. I had little nausea in Feb and march but not anymore. Every now and then I get crampy dull pain in my pelvic area. Its now almost the end of april. I do have HPV. Ive gained alot of weight in the past year. I can t tell if I m pregnant or sick or I m just psyching myself out.

You have not tell about your age. Your six pregnancy test is negative.So almost you are free from conceived. To remove your anxiety you may do ultra sonogram of lower abdomen. It will be helpful to you either you are bring pregnancy or not.
