Can A Pregnancy Test Be Negative But I Still Miss My Period?

Hi, here s my queries. I have been having regular periods but i missed my periods this month. Today is the 6th day since my period is due. And though I am having some symptoms of pregnancy(i guess), the pregnancy test are showing negatives. Please advice. Jessica :)

Urine pregnancy card test may show false negative tests at times
This test generally comes positive after 10 to 14 days after conception if you do it earlier to this than definitely it will show negative results

I would like more details to help you better
History of unprotected sex?
Your age and date of last menstrual peeiod

I would advise you to confirm/rule out pregnancy by more reliable test like an ultrasound
Have multivitamin and folic acid supplements
