Can A Skin Cut Cause HIV Infection?

Hi, I am so worried about the incident happened to me today, because one of friend's friend just learning to do nails at home for herself, and today a couple of friends and me came to let her practice, unfortunately, while she was doing my nails the electric file got caught ,ran very quickly and cut me and her both at the same time in less than a second, (my cut on finger was small but enough to cause a little bleeding to come out, and for her cut was smaller than mine but barely see a little blood.) My question is Can it cause me to have any HIV from that? or How much risk it is? Please explain ....thanks...
