Can A Small Ball Of Flesh Just Above The Testis Be Harmful?

Sir, there is a small ball of flesh just above my right testis inside the scrotum.it can be moved up and down by hands and from it goes a vein like tube towards my stomach which pains once or twice in every 1 or 2 weeks.I am deadly scared of what has happened to me. please help.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.

From the description , this looks to be ependymal cyst; normally an innocuous one
and needs treatment only if it becomes symptomatic.

It should be confirmed by having clinical examination by an Urologist and ultrasonography with color doppler mode.

If Urologist opinion says excision , go for it. I hope you are married and have children- you can safely go for excision.
