Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood your concern. Painless lump in the breast should always viewed with caution, especially at your age and with your history of polycystic ovaries. Please get yourself examined by a specialist as early as possible. A freely movable lump with some tenderness can be a fibradenoma. Pain in the nipple can be due to a fissure, infection and inflammation. Clinical examination, ultrasound, mammogram and FNAC are the usual order of the routine examinations done when a lump is noticed depending on the situation. Hope you find this information useful. Wish you good health.
