my mother age is 67, and she got left eye cateract last year, for right eye, on coming saturday going to be for which some tests were perfomred and all are normal except, urine which is appearance : slighltly turbid urine albumin :Trace pus cells : 8 -10 eptithelial cells : 6 -8 Can surgey be performed
pus cells 8-10 indicates some mild urinary tract infection..decision depends on the surgeon who operates..some surgeons give a course of antibiotics for 5 days..then operate..
my suggestion is that u might go in for surgery without any antibiotic treatment as the inf is mild and surgery is also a minor one
