Can A Tear In The Penis Cause Its Growth?

Hello, I am 34 years old and my wife is 21 and beautiful, however I suffer a low sex drive from taking xanex (2mg @ night ) kolonipen ( 0.5 , 3times daily ) and lithium ( 900mg daily ). I rememered from my teen yrs doing crank (methamphetemine ) and getting an increadable sex drive. Though I know it's not smart I've been using a small amount of meth once a week for great endurance and drive for my wife. Last week when I lost my erection I milked the blood back in and kept going. During sex I felt like something tore. I had pain for a few hours after. I also noticed growth in length & girth. I didn't think it would stick but this week I measured 7 & 3/8 from my standard 6 1/4 inches. Did I tear something? How is this possable, and will it last? Thank you.. MT

Urologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM.
Your concern is understandable.
Your low sex drive is on account of the medications you're taking.
Taking Meth weekly doesn't improve your sex drive. Avoid it.
As an Urologist, i must advise you to see your doctor urgently, for the pain and swelling, you're describing in your penis, following sex.It could very well be due to an internal injury inside the penis.
Hope your doubt is cleared. Wishing you a speedy recovery.
