Can Abdominal Pain Cause Miscarriage?
hi im 6 weeks pregnant and this morning i had normal stools i then ate an orange ice pop and after i had abdominal pain and have been running to the toilet and my stools are an orangy colour should i worried about a miscarrage i also have slight pain inside my bello button?"

It looks like you have gastroenteritis may be due to consumption of orange ice pop. The stool colour change could be due to the ice pop. Observe if there is any flow (bleeding) that is occurring when you are not in toilet. If there is a flow then consult your gynecologist for a detailed check up.
