Can Allergies Cause Red Eyes?

My eye continue to turn red Hi, can I answer your health question? Please type your question here...my eyes continue to turn red one right after another, repeated eye drops and it goes away or jumps to the other eye, could it be allergy related or my eye pencil getting contaminated?

Yes this could be allergy dear and I would advise you to put anitallergic eye drops like olopatadine twice for a month . Avoid eye pencil for this time. Avoid dust and dirt and wear protective eye glasses while going out.
