Can An Accident Affect The Tied Tubes And Lead To Pregnancy?

I had my tubes tied or clipped 14 years ago I am always regular to. In august this year I was in motorcycle wreck was bruised and sore in abdomen after. Now I am 13 days late on period and took test it was negative. Could accident have affected clip and I might be pregnant and just got a bad home test?

Hello there..

No the accident has nothin do after 13yrs of tubal ligation. By now the tubes in the clip area would have fibrosed for a permanent closure.

The delay in your period could be due to hormonal changes. You need to consult your gynecologist for proper evaluation and treatment.
