Hi!
I had gone through your query and understand your concern.
Tramadol is a narcotic-like pain relieve and is used to treat moderate to
severe pain.
The dose of Tramadol you have swollen(100 mg) will not cause any problem but remember that you should not take more than 300 mg Tramadol a day.
You also have used Alleve and Aspirin.
Aleve (naproxen) is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). Naproxen works by reducing hormones that cause inflammation and pain in the body. Aspirin is a nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drug (NSAID) effective in treating fever, pain, and inflammation in the body.
As you can understand you took to many painkillers. Two of them are from the same drug class and their side effects are multiplied.
I don't recommend you to use Aspirin because it can cause gastrointestinal disturbances(stomach pain,
gastric ulcers etc).
Tramadol may be habit forming, may interact with
Sertraline and should be used only by the person it was prescribed for( so be careful, don't use it if your doctor has not prescribed it).
If you have
knee pain I suggest you to take
Ibuprofen 200-400 mg every 4-6h.
Take care.
