Can An Echogenic Calculus In The Ureter Along With Mild Hydronephrosis In The Kidney Be Cured?

My ultra sound report says as follows , what should be best possible cure for that :- Right kidney is normal in size and echo-texture. Corticomedullary differentiation is maintained, Mild hydronephrosis seen. An echogenic calculus of 14.6mm seen along upper third of right ureter with dilated lumen proximally. thanks in advance

U have kidney stones ! Your right kidney is normal in size and consistency .a renal stone of 14.6 mm or 1.46 cm is seen in your ureter ( tube which sends your urine to the bladder).
u have to visit Urologist ! He may break the stone surgically or treat u conservatively based on how symptomatic you are !
