Can An Estrogen Related Breast Cancer Patient Have Soy Products?

I have had estrogen positive breast cancer. The article from Dr. Weil newsletter said to eat soy products to help fight against breast cancer. I was told to stay away from soy products due to my estrogen related cancer. Who is right? Have things changed ?

Hello dear. As of now there is no link between soy products and breast cancer whether positive or negative. Neither it will increase or decrease the risk of breast cancer . So you can take them No issues. Take care.
