Can An Injury To Flaccid Penis Cause A Venous Leak In It?
How big of an injury to flaccid penis would cause a venous leak. I hit the area on gas tank of motorcycle several months ago, there was no bruising or swelling and i got an erection shortly after. I ve since had a random loss of erection with sex only about 4 or 5 times out of 50. I still have morning wood and have had some erections that have lasted 15 min or more.
If you are able to achieve erection for 15 mins or more, it's very unlikely that you have a penile fracture with venous leak. With penile fracture, you will often notice significant bruising.
If you are concerned, you can get penile ultrasound or MRI, but it does not appear to be any issue with the venous leak due to a tear in the tunica albugenia, inner tissue layer of the penile shaft.
