Actually recently I had medical abortion due to feeble cardiac activity after 20 days I follow up TVS in which some retained part left and multiloculated ovarian cyst shown then doctor prescribed me misoprost for 3 days after taking misoprost lot of clots expelled during urination.can cyst also expelled

Hi,
Medical abortion is brought about by medication that acts on uterus to separate products of conception and expel them out through mouth of uterus. While ovarian cyst is situated in ovaries (totally different site than the pregnancy). Thus, it can never be affected and expelled out by abortion pills. It needs to be taken out by surgery OR it way get resolved naturally.
