Hi.
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain anal fissure is a small cut or tear in the specialized anal mucosa known as Anoderm and it extends upwards towards the anal canal..
It occurs commonly due to causes like Severe constipation causing very hard stools, placement of anal thermometer and endoscope, anal intercourse etc..
It can be treated by non surgical procedures like taking anti-inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen..
Stool softeners like Docusate can be advised..
Take a high fibre diet as it soften the stool as well as ease in evacuation..
Avoid spicy food as it can cause burning..
Drink plenty of water..
Sit in a warm water tub atleast 2 to 3 times a day especially after bowels.
In case if there is no resolution even after this surgery is the only option left..

Next part of your question is that anal tags are also known as fibro-epithelial polyps and they can harmless growths but can occur due to conditions like chronic constipation, anto rectal surgery, anal intercourse etc..
It cannot resolve by medication and needs to be treated with surgery like lazer treatment, cryotherapy, surgical excision..
I would suggest you to consult an Anorectal surgeon and get evaluated and he can do a thorough clinical evaluation and can treat accordingly..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
