Can Antibiotic Cause Itchy And Painful Blisters Near The Anus?

I was Diagnosed back in the 80 s With genetil herpes. I go years sometimes with out an outbreak and when i do it is usually on vagina and lasts less then a week. A couple weeks ago i had Pnemonia and put on Antibiotics, 2 days ago I got the usual out break on the top of my vagina and last night around my Anus was itchy yet painful. When i just took a shower and washed down there i felt about 7 blisters. Is this common to carry for so long and never once have a cluster of blisters? Could it be Antibiotics? I dont believe it is yeast infection, i show no other symptoms?

There are a few possibilities. You are right y blisters can be caused by antibiotic and is rather not rare.

Some types of pnemonia may cause blisters. How've in the context of your history or may also be herpes which sone times errupt with pneumonia.

So it's necessary that your doctor have a look on it to say for sure wha it might be.
