Uterus is gravid and shows an intrauterine gestational sac measuring ~7X13X17 mm (corresponding to 5 weeks 5 days)in the upper uterine cavity.
Yolk sac is visualized with no fetal pole or cardiac activity. Decidual reaction is normal. No sub chorionic hematoma. Urinary bladder is well distended and normal. Right ovary shows a luteal cyst.no adnexal mass seen.no free fluid in POD.

Hello,
As your ultrasound shows it is 5 weeks pregnancy, it could be a late conception and you are 5weeks pregnant and not 7 weeks pregnancy. Get your blood beta hCG level monitoring. Are you bleeding? having pain? If not no need to worry about it. Sometimes early conception cause these findings. Take folic acid tablet and progesterone to support pregnancy.
