Can Any Online Doctor Help Me With The Following Results?
Hi, As per LMP iam 7weeks 2 days. and my transvaginal sonogram report is as below: Vanishing twin gestation. Sac A shows live embryonic pole, corresponding to 5wks 6days sonic age which is small for dates gestation with only small cardiac flicker.Sack b shows blighted ovum. Iam having light bleeding since 4 days. Is there something i should worry about.
Hello, I am sorry to say that your pregnancy is a little complicated. You conceived a twin pregnancy of which one has stopped growing and is perhaps aborting as evidenced by the bleeding you have; the other sac is small for dates and remains to be seen if it continues to be viable after a repeat sonogram in another week. Please follow the instructions of your consultant and take absolute bed rest, avoid all strenuous activity and intercourse; you may also need progesterone supplements if your doctor feels so. Hope you find this information useful. Wish you good health.
