Can Any Online Doctor In Explaining Ultrasound Result Of Child?

My only child of 6 yrs got calculus in GB lumen of 5 mm small, which doctor found yesterday 27.06.2013 by ultrasound, is it very critical condition for such a small child. kindly suggest your advise that will help us to come out. tremendous tension

Thanks for the question. Well does child have any symptoms of severe stomach ache, fever, jaundice etc. If so then he needs antibiotics and control of infection first. Single calculus of 5mm is small and if not symptomatic then can be left alone. Else kindly consult pediatric surgeon as laparoscopic removal can be done.
