Hello,
It is difficult to say if your pregnancy is at risk without knowing what medication you have been prescribed to treat your infection. Kindly respond with this information if you need better help. If the medications you have used are safe in pregnancy, you may continue with your pregnancy with periodic follow up and sonograms. You need extra care since you have recently had a cesarean section. Else, you may need to induce a medical abortion under medical surveillance with follow up. Use a regular form of contraception until you wish another pregnancy. Hope this helps.
