I have an arrhythmia going on now for nearly a year. Comes and goes. When it is happening, my bp goes down. lowest so far was 80 over 54. I feel dizzy when this happens. I have a heavy feeling in my chest and want to breath deeper. Cardiolist said something is going on but we don t treat this He said if it really gets me concerned, he could rx atenolol 25 once a day. He would not answere my questions. He explained it as an occasional problem with signal conduction. He suggested I not drink so much coffee and not drink more than two night caps per evening. I still have many questions. How does this effect my longevity? It seems to get better when I get more active. Should I ramp up my excersize?
