Can Atrophic Vaginitis Cause Excessive Vaginal Wetness?
I am 47 yrs old. Breast cancer survivor. Had a total abdominal hysterectomy one year ago. I do not take hormonal replacement therapy. I take tamoxifen. I have excessive vaginal wetness, needing pantyliners daily. I thought my bladder was leaking. I can wear tampons and not experience wetness. The wetness is definitely vaginal. I have a pathology background. I am definitely atrophic with severe acute inflammation, like atrophic vaginitis. There is no obvious bacterial or fungal infection cytologically. No vaginal dryness exist. Do you have any suggestions?
