Can Autism Lead To Hearing Loss?
my daughter is 13.She is autisitic and is mildly mentally handicap,she also has scoliosis,tethered cord syndrome,and progressive bilateral sensory neural and conductive hearing loss.She was tested for fragile x syndrome when she was little it was negative.are we missing something

the answer to your question can autism lead to hearing loss per say is no,but yes with autism there can be an associated hearing loss as a part of some syndrome.
while all other components you have mentioned can be a part of some inborn syndrome where in hearing loss is one of the component.
you need to take genetic counselling.
