Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
Zithromax and Polygynax Vaginal ovules at 16 weeks of pregnancy does not affect the fetus adversely. These medicines are beneficial in women having Chlamydial infection, and mixed vaginal infections. various studies have been conducted, and results show the good outcome over infection and not affecting the baby. I would advise you to ask your doctor tips to prevent these infections to recur. As it is best to avoid as much as possible unnecessary medications.
Take care.
