Can Azoospermia Be Treated For Having Children?

Hi, I am 39 years old and will turn 39 this coming August. I was diagnosed with complete azoospermia about a couple of hours ago. I got married about 7 months ago. Does this mean I can never have childreb. No member of my family is infertile. Thanks! Omar
