Can Bacteria In Nose Cause Pain In Neck, jaw, sinus And Ear Infection?

Hi good day, I want to thank you for taking the time to read this mail. I am currently sitting with a diagnosis that well looks like no one knows really what it is. I had a very bad cold like sinus. Got better then ear infection in left ear then got better then went into my bronchi, bad cough. Then got better. Since then had this really bad neck pain on right side. All around my jaw, my neck front and back sometimes even to my temples around feeling like sinus pain Also sometimes in ears like slight pains. gets better when drinking anti inflamatory (cataflam D) Went to see two orthodontists that said they saw nothing. Dentist did xrays of jaw line and saw nothing. Had a cat scan with contrast of neck up to sinusses showed allergic rinitus. Then htad a xray of sinusses all clear. Had a camera through nose and inside throat down all clear by ENT. Swab showed some bacteria (dont know name) my question is can a bacteria cause all this chaos in my upper resp ears and all over. I am really sceared it might be something serious due to its not really getting any better. Please can you assist me as I am always looking in my mouth and feeling every type of sensation because I dont understand what I've got and why I am not feeling better yet.

ENT Specialist 's  Response
hi
let us summarise your symptoms ,you had sinusitis which got cured after which you had respiratory infection and ear ache. now you have pain in some parts of body.
so the question you asked is whether a bacteria can cause all of this.?
the ans is yes.
it can cause sinusitis and this in turn can lead to respiratory tract infection and ear ache and generalised body ache.
the treatment for this is to take medications which is specific for this bacteria.hence consult a physician and seek proper help.
regards
