Hello
I appreciate your concern
Bloating can be caused by Aerophagia (swallowing of air), smoking and alcohol consumption, use of carbonated drinks, ill fitted denture and acid peptic disease

Yes it can be caused by parasitic infestation or colitis
Infective organism can produce excessive gas by fermentation or putrefaction of intestinal content.

I would advise you to rule out all these possibilities
if it doesn't subside with correcting the underlying cause than you must consult a gastroenterologist for endoscopy and stool test.

Thanks and regards
