Can Blood Pressure Vary After A Mastectomy?

Thank you. My mother is 75 years of age and had a mastectomy last week thursday. Her blood pressure is reading low on the dystolic measure and I wanted to check this was not a cause for concern. The last reading 5 minutes ago = 125/57. She is also a type 2 diabetic, and has BP tablets and suffers with glucoma.
