Can Blood Thinner Cause Imbalance And Vision Focus Effects?

I was prescribed a new blood thinner and I wonder if it could cause imbalance and vision focus effects? Drug I am now taking 1x daily with food is Karelto 20 mg. I am overweight 40 lbs/ 76 yrsold/and had open heart 2x bypass 15 yrs ago. Ideas? Thanks.

While taking blood thinner one has to be very carefull. There is no such information about having imbalance or vision focus.However regular BP check and vision to be tested.In between if any surgery is required then surgeon is to be informed about the drug you are taking.
