Can Blurry And Double Vision In Right Eye Be Caused By AMD?
Hi on Monday I went to my eye dr and from my vision test he then did a laser exam. He then ordered my previous med records from previous dr. I'm 41 and only once in my life have I had a perfect prescription for my eyes. My right eye is very blurry and see double. On Monday he said I had a white spot in the back of my eye. I go this Tuesday for another complete eye exam. Should I be worried about AMD?
diagnosis of AMD(age related macular disease) is very unlikely at age of 41years if you have blurred vision since long and your retina shows white spots like leisons then possiblity of retinal or macular dystrophy is there, which could be ruled out after proper retinal evaluation. Double vision requires a thorough examination.
