Can Bowel Movements Cause Electric Shock Like Pain On The Fingers?

Hello Dr Narasi, this might be a strange question but whenever I need to have a bowel movement I get sharp pains in my left hand fingers. The pains are like electric shock pains and subside once I have had the bowel movement. Can you advise what this my be linked to?
