Can Breast Milk After A Miscarriage Be Donated?

I just had a complete miscarriage on Wednesday I wanted to expel my breast milk and donate it. How do I start expelling the milk? I do not have a breast pump and my pregnancy was 17 weeks along but the baby was only measuring at 11 weeks. Does this mean I will have milk that I can donate?

Hi,

It is not suitable for donation. You can express it to avoid breast pain.
