Can Brown And Red Spots On Body Be Indicative Of Munchausen Syndrome?

I'm a girl from Peru 22 years old the othere day i saw a tv report about the Munchausen Syndrome and I need answers to my question cause I'm really afraid of having been a victim when I was a babe. When I was 9 out of nothing I got almost all my body full of brown spots really brown they didn't start like red or anything, they were all overe my chest, arms, neck and part of my legs. My parents got me into so many doctors, none of then give me a real answer then when I was 13 this spots start to dissapear like anything, no medicine, no oil or creams is there a way that doctors never had answers for this? . Please help me I have a 3 year old little sister and I'm scaerd for her.
