Can Brushing Teeth And Flossing Help To Pass The Swab Test?
I ve always wondered if a person that smoked marijuana could pass a swab drug test the day after they smoked. If someone brushed their teeth/tongue for 10 minutes, flossed, gargles listerine, and chew some minty gum then suck on a peppermint 10 minutes before taking the swab test will they pass it?
Not really no, it is diffusion of the drug out of the body. The drug that is detected diffuses right that very instance. It is a bit easier of a test than urine testing BUT urine testing is more sensitive and picks up drug for a longer interval. Once it is cleared from the blood, it's gone from the swab but it's still getting out into the urine for a bit longer (often days longer).
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Matt Wachsman
