Can Burning Sensation At Penis Tip, Fever Be Related To STD?
so last week we went to a brothel, I choosed a prostitute and we went in..all of a sudden she poked me on my penis neck (below the shaft) with her hair pin which was pointy kinda like needle..i freaked out and asked her why she did to which she started to laugh and said she was kidding it was just for fun..i immediately checked the spot where she poked..there was no mark and no blood came out..and after a week I got burning sensation in my penis tip but the urine report showed no uti and next day I got slight fever with shivering and headache but I was out with my friend at night and it was cold outside so is all this related or just a coincidence?
Pricking with hair pin near the neck of penis has nothing to do with the burning sensation over the tip of penis. Urine report ruled out UTI. Whether the test in urine was a routine test or through culture and sensitivity test. If it is through the urine routine test, then I would like to how many pus cells were there in your urine examination. If it had been ruled out by Culture and sensitivity, repeat the test in some other better reputed laboratory and also for STI organism. Trichmonas infection would likely to be missed in men, both in routine examination and routine culture. Special culture is necessary with some special media. Sometime mild abrasion or injury following a sex action which would not be seen obviously could be the reason for burning sensation over the tip of urethra. Sexual abstinence for a week itself will heal the abrasion. Have a speedy recovery. Dr S.Murugan
