Hi, Your symptoms like burping and burning seem to be due to Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease. Kindly take oral antacid and Tab. XXXX twice daily.Avoid spicy and fried food and limit caffiene intake. Avoid late night meals & sleep with your head little more elevated than usual. In case symptoms persist or worson , kindly consult your treating physician. Hope it helps.
