Can Burning Sensation On Penis With White Discharge Be A STD?

I think I have an STD as head of my penis burns and it hurts also inside when you a little squeeze it, and I have very little discharge of white/yellow liquid from my penis. I won t be able to go to a doctor for 10 more days as I m abroad now, would it be a big problem to wait 10 days? And is it really most likely a STD?

Thank you for query. If there is history of unprotected intercourse there are chances of STD.So please drink plenty of water and fluids .it is better you consult doctor for investigation and diagnosis.it may be due to urethritis (Gonococcal or non Gonococcal). You can take antibiotics like azithromycin after consultation with your doctor. You can get back for any clarifications.Dr Bharatesh D Basti Dermatologist
