Can Burping Be Related With Periods ?

hi doctor! for 2 days i'hv been burping out gas and my period suppose to be due yesterday. the burping is it due to the cramps? 2 weeks ago i got a mid cycle spotting which never happen to me before. now i have cramps likely for 4 days already.casue my periods are coming. im i ok?
